Joe Shafer to Speak About Streamers and Stillwater

Joe started his fly fishing on the waters of South Boulder Creek, up river from Pinecliff, Colorado as a young boy with his Grandmother, Betty Shafer. They spent time together on small streams and still waters, learning the art of dry fly fishing. During Their numerous trips he fell in love with the great outdoors and fly fishing.
