Our Chapter is making a concerted effort to get more women involved in the beautiful sport of fly fishing. Chapter member Geri Reffel is our designated Women’s Fly Fishing Coordinator, and she is setting up a number of fly fishing classes for women this year.
She has scheduled her first class on August 14 at Lake Lehow (Waterton Canyon). The class will kick off at 9 AM and finish about 2:30 PM, with a lunch break in between. Fly rods/reels will be provided for those who don’t have their own equipment. Because Lake Lehow is a private lake, no State fishing license is required.
If you believe you’re interested in taking this class and/or want more information, please contact Geri at . She can provide you with more details about this class such as what to bring with you and directions to the Lake. This should be a fun class—tell your friends about it.
