September 6 Chapter Meeting

Our speaker is Roger Hill. For over a decade, Roger has led a fight to ensure that the public can wade the state’s rivers. He will talk about public fishing access and the Arkansas public access lawsuit. He is sure to be entertaining, informative, and fascinating.
