Chapter Meeting March 5

Join us for a presentation by Kendall Bakich, an acquatic biologist for Colorado Parks and Wildlife in the Glenwood Springs area. She will discuss the area’s native Cutthroat recovery program Don’t miss it!
Come by at 5:30 for social time. The meeting starts at 6 pm. The location is the Wheat Ridge Rec Center, 4005 Kipling St, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033
Kendall Bakich is a third-generation Coloradoan with a Master of Science degree in Fishery and Wildlife Biology from CSU and more than 20 years of experience in natural resource management. She manages fisheries for the State of Colorado through fishery monitoring, native trout conservation, fish stocking, public education, regulation development, and land use guidance. Her current efforts aim to ensure the long-term persistence of the native and sport fish resources in the Roaring Fork, Eagle, and Colorado watersheds.
She is dedicated to public service and provides educational programs to middle and elementary classes. She serves on her HOA Board and an advisory committee to her local town council, and volunteers as an Alpine Ski Patroller. She is the proud mother of two amazing children.
