Arvada Days

West Denver TU is teaming up with the City of Arvada to help them celebrate Arvada Days, August 24, at Clear Creek Valley Park, 5900 W. Tennyson St. This a fundraiser for Hope House of Colorado, Denver’s only resource providing self-sufficiency programs to teen moms.
We still need a few volunteers to help with either fishing or manning our booth. This would be a perfect event to volunteer for if you have never volunteered before. Your time needed would be pretty short, a few hours, and the effort is minimal.
Specifically, WDTU volunteers will coordinate the Kids Fishing Derby from 10 am to 1 pm. All kids ages 5 through 15 are invited to attend. Click here to register.
