2017 Colorado TU Youth Camp
June 11, 2017 - June 16, 2017
The 2017 Colorado TU Youth camp is currently being held (June 11-16) at the Bar N I Ranch near Weston Colorado. The camp is designed to educate 14 to 18 year old students on the importance of coldwater conservation and provide hands-on fly fishing instruction. Approximately 20 students are selected each year, based on their qualifications and a written essay on why they would like to attend the camp. The price for each kid is $450 again this year.
Our Chapter sponsors at least one youth camper annually, nominated by a Chapter member. This year we did not have a student nominated from our Chapter. We decided to support the Boulder Chapter by awarding our scholarship to one of their students.
