Beginning Women’s Fly Fishing Class

Discover the joys of fly fishing! You’ll learn the ins and outs of the sport,  including what gear you will need, tying knots, setting up your rod, and casting. West Denver Trout Unlimited will guide you in a two hour classroom session, followed by a two hour fishing opportunity at nearby Lake Lehow. No equipment or experience necessary!  You don’t even need a fishing license.

This class is organized by Geri Reffel, West Denver TU’s Women’s Fly Fishing Coordinator.  Her next class for beginners is on Sunday, May 21, 10:00 am at the Wheat Ridge Recreation Center.
